1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

6 for $40.00; 0 tickets

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Early Bird Deadline
Early Bird ticket sales deadline: June 30, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT
Early Bird draw: July 6, 2023 at 3:00:00 p.m. EDT

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: July 20, 2023 at 2:00:00 p.m. EDT

Draw
Raffle draw: July 20, 2023 at 3:00:00 p.m. EDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://healthystartraffle.rafflenexus.com/winners on July 20, 2023.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Healthy Start Healthy Future.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Healthy Start Healthy Future or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

Healthy Start Healthy Future does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: allison@lifewithababy.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
